Gowri is a Goa-based music producer, composer, founder of multimedia imprint Orbs Cure Labs, and label head at OCL Records, along with music producer Ryan Kardam. After many years leading her freak funk project Run Pussy Run, Gowri delved into production and electronic music, recording and DJ-ing under the alias Pulpy Shilpy. An outspoken advocate for feminism, accessibility, and equal representation (in the music industry), recently she has participated in a number of audio-visual collaborations and international residencies.
With collective experience of over twenty years in the indie music industry, OCL aims to create a self-feeding platform for independent music and arts in the years to come.
