Sajid is a self taught visual artist specializing in illustration and design.

He uses a visual language of shape, form, color and line to create a

composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world

Its a form of self expression, meta and cathartic.

His work indicates a departure from reality in depiction of imagery in art. This departure from accurate representation can be slight, partial, or complete.

Abstraction exists along a continuum. color is conspicuously and deliberately altered vis-a-vis reality. Sajid returned to portraying recognizable objects, such as the human body, (although sometimes in an abstract manner), in a rough and violently emotional way, often using vivid colors.
