Swetha Mantrii is an independent writer and disability activist. Her latest endeavour is a short-film called ‘Disability – A State of Mind,’ in which she focuses on the barriers that prevent the differently-abled from entering the mainstream, with prime emphasis on infrastructure. The documentary highlights the fact that disability lies in the minds of people who fail to look beyond the disability of the differently-abled.
