Vrishali Purandare | India
Vrishali Purandare holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts and a
postgraduate from the School of Social Sciences and
Humanities, Shiv Nadar University. Her artistic practice
draws from and builds upon Relational Aesthetics
(Nicolas Bourriaud) and How Forests Think: Toward an
Anthropology beyond the Human (Eduardo Kohn). She
has worked with the Delhi Public School, Pune and lead
the ‘Teachers for Art and Design’ across four DPS’s,
Patna, Ludhiana, Coimbatore, and Pune. She attended a
Summer School Exchange Programme titled Negotiating
Space: Art and Dissent at Zurich University for Arts
(ZHdK) in 2016, and has participated in a residency called
Peers at Khoj International Artists Association in 2017.
Vrishali was recently part of the Contexting Pune micro-
residency at TIFA working Studios.
